Student Notices

For regional and internation students who have not had your landing stamps renewed, please fill out THIS FORM and return via email to gabrielle.rousseau@sta.uwi.edu or sldd@sta.uwi.edu with a copy of your biodata page (page with your picture and information in your passport) and a picture of your last landing stamp in your passport. This information is needed to assist you in getting your stamp. Please do so as soon as possible.
