Distribution of Academic Regalia (Student Graduation Gowns only) for the 2024 Graduation Ceremonies will take place at the Student Activity Centre (SAC) on the following dates:

-          Monday, October 07 to Saturday, October 12 | 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

-          Monday October 14 to Wednesday, October 16 | 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

To manage the expected increase in vehicular traffic on campus during this period, the following parking and traffic measures will be in place:

-          Reserved Parking: Parking for individuals collecting regalia will be facilitated at a reserved section of the Heart Ease carpark as outlined in image one below. The officer on duty will direct persons to the SAC.

-          No Parking Zones: There will be no parking or waiting allowed at the SAC eastern entrance (roadway) or surrounding areas. Clamping will be in full effect.

-          Student Parking: Regular student parking will remain available at the unreserved section of the Heart Ease Carpark, JFK Student’s Carpark and the TGR North Carpark.
