As the end of 2024 approaches, staying vigilant about upcoming ethics application deadlines is crucial to guarantee timely review and efficient processing. Adhering to these timelines will help facilitate a seamless year-end for the Ethics Review Committee. 

Please take note of the following:

New Applications

-              All new ethics applications must be submitted through the UWIScholar portal by Thursday, November 07 2024 to be included in the final review cycle of the year.

-              There will be no review cycle in December, and applications submitted after November 07 will not be processed until January 2025. 

Resubmissions

-              Resubmissions of previously submitted applications must be done by Friday, December 06, 2024

Please note that all communications related to ethics applications will be suspended after Friday, December 13, 2024 and will resume on Monday, January 06 2025.
