Staff Notices

The deadline for the submission of booklists to the Alma Jordan Library (AJL) for Semester II of the academic year, 2024/2025, is Friday, November 22, 2024.  This deadline ensures that essential reading materials for each course will be available for students and also allows the library sufficient time to acquire any new items. Booklists are required for established as well as new courses. Please circulate this message amongst your academic staff to ensure that the deadline is met.

How to submit booklists:

-          Booklists should be submitted via email to acqmail@uwi.edu, with submissions copied to The UWI Bookshop at uwi.bookshop@uwi.edu  

-          Members of staff of The Faculty of Medical Sciences should click here to complete this form and then forward it to the the Medical Sciences Library at Libraries-MedicalSciences-AcquisitionandSerials@uwi.edu. If you need any assistance, kindly email unika.omowale@uwi.edu.
