This study aims to explore and describe the lived experiences of ten (10) working parents pursuing higher education at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine (UWI, STA).
Employing a qualitative phenomenological design, the research seeks to uncover the challenges and barriers faced by working parents as they balance work, family responsibilities, and academic pursuits, guided by the theoretical framework of enrichment theory.
