Student Notices

The Guild of Students will be conducting a Bye-Election to appoint persons in the following roles: President, Treasurer, and Part-Time and Evening Representative.

The Bye-Election will be conducted virtually via the ElectionBuddy platform on Thursday, November 28, 2024 from 8 a.m. to 8p.m. All registered students are eligible to vote. Guidelines on how to participate in this bye-election exercise will be sent via student email. 

Before the Virtual Bye-Election is held, students will have the opportunity to hear from each candidate at the Candidate's Forum on Wednesday, November 27, 2024. This Forum will take place from 5p.m. to 8p.m. in the JFK Lecture Theater, and will include presentations from candidates, an opportunity for them to share their plans, followed by a Q&A session and a debate.
