Deadlines for Advertising Bookings

Do you have a paid advertisement that you wish to run in the newspapers or on social media between Friday, December 13, 2024 and Monday, January 6, 2025?  

If so, please be guided by the following instructions and deadlines:  

For Press/Newspaper Advertising: Fill in the attached Press Ad Booking Form and email your request to STA-advertising@sta.uwi.edu by Wednesday, December 11, 2024. The final date for the approval of artwork and booking changes will be Tuesday, December 17, 2024. 

For Social Media Advertising: Please send your request via email to Marketing.Communications@sta.uwi.edu by Thursday, December 5, 2024. 

Please note that bookings cannot be accommodated after Wednesday, December 11, 2024, for press and newspaper advertising and after Thursday, December 5, 2024, for social media advertising.
