Staff Notices

The Human Resources Division is inviting staff members of the campus community to attend an online session entitled Banner Finance on Thursday, May 15, 2025.

Ideal for: This training session is ideal for ATS Staff in Grades 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.

Important Guidelines for Online Enrollment & Attendance:

1.Enrolment: Interested individuals must enrol online and seek approval from their Head of Department on or before May 13, 2025.

2.Approval: Only those who receive approval from both their Head of Department and the Human Resources Division will be allowed to attend the workshop.

3.Confirmation: Approved attendees will receive a ‘Successful Enrolment Status’ email from the Human Resources Division prior to the training session.

4.Online Enrolment Navigation:

○ PeopleSoft Main Menu:

 Self Service → Learning & Development → Request Training Enrolment → Banner Finance (C3362 #0001)

5.Headphones: Participants MUST have headphones for the online session.
