Campus Bulletins

Please be advised of the following key dates and deadlines for ethics applications as the Committee will suspend processing in the month of August 2025:

• New Applications: All new applications for ethics approval must be submitted via the UWIScholar portal by Thursday, July 03, 2025 to go to review for the committee meeting in July 2025.   Please note that there will be no review cycle in August, and applications submitted after this date will be processed in September 2025.
• Resubmissions: If you are resubmitting an application, please do so by Thursday, July 03, 2025.

Additionally, all communications related to ethics applications will be suspended after 3rd July 2025 and will resume on Monday, September 01, 2025. 

Any urgent matters or requests for consideration should be directed to the committee via STA-researchethics@sta.uwi.edu no later than July 3 2025.
