As part of The UWI’s ongoing commitment to digital transformation and operational efficiency, and in alignment with Strategic Goal AG3—“Build out The UWI Digital Agenda to foster greater efficiency in operational processes and innovation in the delivery of its services”—the School for Graduate Studies and Research is pleased to announce the launch of a fully online, automated Student’s Progress Report Form. This new online form replaces the previously available digital version and is designed to facilitate faster routing, improved tracking, and timely feedback on student progress.

The online form can be accessed directly via https://uwi.jotform.com/251255063986968 or through the Documents Library on the Graduate Studies website at https://sta.uwi.edu/research/.

In accordance with Regulation 1.69 of The University’s Regulations for Graduate Certificates, Diplomas, and Degrees, the campus community is reminded that the Student’s Progress Report Form is due by January 30 for Semester I and June 30 for Semester II. While you are encouraged to use the online form for Semester II of the 2024/2025 academic year, the soft copy version will still be accepted during this transition period. However, starting from Semester I of the 2025/2026 academic year, all graduate student supervisors will be required to use the online form exclusively.

To support this transition, workflow videos are available to assist Supervisors, Students, and Heads of Department in navigating the new process. We thank you for your continued support and encourage you to adopt the digital form at your earliest convenience.
