Theme: The Career Blueprint: Design. Build. Thrive.
The Department of Careers, Co-curricular & Community Engagement, in collaboration with Republic Bank Limited, invites Final-Year and Second-Year students to participate in the WOW 2026 Interview Preparation Workshop on Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Daaga Auditorium. This interactive session is designed to help you design, build and thrive as you transition into the world of work.
About the Session
Interview Preparation represents a key stage in The Career Blueprint journey, where students move from conceptual design to professional execution. Through this engaging and practical session, participants will learn to:
- Develop structured and confident interview responses
- Refine their storytelling and professional presentation skills
- Understand how to make a compelling first impression
- Select professional attire suited for the workplace
The session features interactive components such as an Interview Simulation and a Professional Wear Fashion Showcase, providing a dynamic environment to strengthen your readiness and confidence.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the interview process
- Develop the skills to navigate interviews professionally, including attire and image preparation
- Leave with a clear framework for presenting themselves effectively in professional settings
