Deadlines for Paid Advertising

Departments planning paid press or social media advertisements during the period Monday, December 15, 2025, to Monday, January 5, 2026, are asked to observe the following deadlines:

-          Press/Newspaper Advertising

Complete the Press Ad Booking Form (accessible here) and submit your request to STA-advertising@uwi.edu by Friday, December 12, 2025.

-          Social Media Advertising 

Send requests to Marketing.Communications@sta.uwi.edu by Thursday, December 11, 2025.

We kindly advise that all advertising requests be submitted by Friday, December 12, 2025, as we may not be able to accommodate any received after this date.
