The Campus Research and Publication Fund (CR&P) Committee invites grant applications from Academic, Senior Administrative, and Professional Staff.

Eligible applicants are encouraged to submit proposals that support research and publication activities in keeping with the objectives of the CR&P Fund.

Submission Process

All grant applications and grant reports (where applicable) must be submitted via the UWI Scholar Platform: https://sta.uwi.edu/research/research-funding

Key Submission Dates

Please note the following deadlines:

-          February 25, 2026 Submission of documents to the Deputy Dean (Graduate Studies) for review (Academic Staff Grant Guidelines attached)

-          March 11, 2026 Final submission of grant applications and grant reports (where applicable) to the Graduate Studies & Research Office
