We are pleased to invite members of our Campus Community to participate as vendors at The Old Yard 2026 – Bois, one of our signature cultural celebrations. As we prepare for this year’s festivities, tent rentals are now available for artisanal and food vendors interested in showcasing their products and services.

Tent Rental Options & Pricing

Artisan Vendors

• $300 – Single Table Rental
  • One (1) six-seater table
  • Two (2) chairs
• $600 – Double Table Rental
  • Two (2) six-seater tables
  • Four (4) chairs

Food Vendors

• $800 – Food Vendor Tent
  • One (1) 10' x 10' tent
  • Two (2) tables
  • Four (4) chairs

What Your Rental Includes

• A comfortable, weather-protected vending space
• Display area located on the outskirts of the Gayelle (performance area)
• Easy setup and coordinated layout support on the day of the event

Deadline to Reserve

All tent requests must be submitted by 4: 00 p.m. on Wednesday February 4, 2026.

To request a vending space, please contact Ms. Roberta Quarless-Hart at roberta.quarless-hart@uwi.edu with the following information:

• Your name and/or business name
• Vendor type (Artisan or Food)
• Space required (Single Table, Double Table or Food Vendor Tent)

Once your request is received, we will follow up with confirmation, payment instructions and the next steps.

Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
