Call for Abstracts: 35th Annual Nursing & Midwifery Research Conference

The UWI School of Nursing, Mona, Faculty of Medical Sciences, invites researchers, educators, practitioners and students to submit abstracts for the 35th Annual Nursing & Midwifery Research Conference and 36th May J. Seivwright Day, to be held as a 2026 Hybrid Conference on May 28–29, 2026.

 

This year’s conference is held under the theme Empowering the Future: Resilient Nursing Education through Research and Innovation.

Participants are encouraged to share original research, innovations and best practices that advance nursing and midwifery education, research and practice.

Important Dates

-          March 13, 2026 – Abstract submission deadline

-          March 31, 2026 – Acceptance notifications

-          April 16, 2026 – Early bird registration deadline

-          May 28–29, 2026 – Conference dates

The conference will feature a hybrid format, allowing for both in-person and virtual participation, and offers special registration rates for students, regional and international participants.
