Staff Notices

Academic staff are kindly reminded that the deadline for submitting booklists to the Alma Jordan Library (AJL) for the 2026/2027 Academic Year is Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

Timely submission of booklists ensures that essential reading materials for each course are available to students and gives the Library sufficient time to acquire any new items where necessary. Booklists are required for both established and new courses.

How to Submit Booklists

-          Booklists for the Alma Jordan Library should be submitted using the online booklist submission form

-          Members of staff of the Faculty of Medical Sciences should click here to download and complete the form and forward it to the Medical Sciences Library at STA-Libraries-MedicalSciences-AcquisitionandSerials@uwi.edu.
