Nomination Period
The nomination period for this year's Virtual Guild Elections runs from Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. until Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a properly registered student of the University
- Must be fully financially cleared, in accordance with the University’s regulations
- Must not have any pending internal University disciplinary matters
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 at the undergraduate level and be in good academic standing at the graduate level academic standing at the graduate level

This year’s election exercise will be conducted virtually, however campaigning will be permitted on campus.
