Vacation Employment Opportunities – Apply Today

Applications for Vacation Employment are now being accepted. Returning students are encouraged to apply early and take advantage of this opportunity to gain valuable work experience during the vacation period.

This is a two-step application process, and all interested students must complete both steps to be considered.

Instructions to Apply

First, complete the online application form here. After submitting the form, please email your resume to vacation.employment@sta.uwi.edu.

The deadline for submission is Friday, May 8, 2026.

Please ensure that your resume is submitted as a Microsoft Word or PDF file and is saved using the required file name format: First Name, Surname, Major and Minor (if applicable).

Examples: JohnDoe_BASpanishMinorIR or JaneGood_MScFoodServiceManagement.

WOW Recruitment Fair

Students are also invited to participate in the WOW Recruitment Fair, which will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at the Centre of Excellence, Macoya. The fair will feature vacation employment opportunities specifically for returning students.

Please note that students must register to attend the Recruitment Fair. The Vacation Employment application form will also serve as the registration form for the event.

Students are encouraged to save the date and begin preparing now to make the most of this opportunity. The Vacation Employment Workshop recording is available on the MyeLearning platform and is recommended for review, as it offers useful guidance on preparing for the vacation recruitment process. Instructions for accessing the MyeLearning space are also available here.

To qualify for vacation employment opportunities, students must be pursuing at minimum an undergraduate degree at The UWI St. Augustine campus.
