Reflecting on her time at the IIR, Ria credits the Institute’s interdisciplinary approach and intellectually stimulating environment for deepening her understanding of global systems and strengthening her analytical voice. Her experience also empowered her to embrace her identity as a neurodivergent thinker, recognising it as a strength in navigating complex global issues.
