The UWI St. Augustine Campus is hosting 'Drop-In Days' for prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students who would like one-on-one support with their online application.

A drop-in day is an opportunity to visit our Admissions team without an appointment and receive personalized guidance as you complete your application. Whether you need help navigating the application portal, uploading documents, understanding programme requirements, or ensuring your application is submitted correctly, our team will be available to assist.

Application Drop-In Days will be held every Wednesday from 10 June to 15 July 2026, between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Support is available with:

• Completing undergraduate and postgraduate applications
• Uploading supporting documents
• Understanding admission requirements
• General application guidance and troubleshooting

Can't make a Wednesday session? Prospective students can also visit the Admissions Office for assistance on any weekday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

What should you bring?

As the application process is completed online, applicants are encouraged to bring their supporting documents in electronic format (soft copy) on a USB drive, laptop, tablet, smartphone or accessible cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox). This allows our team to help you upload the required documents directly to your application.
