The International Office invites academic staff of The University of the West Indies to submit expressions of interest for training mobility opportunities at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh), Greece, through the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Programme.

This opportunity is available for the Winter Semester of the 2026-2027 academic year and offers staff the chance to participate in professional development and training activities at one of Greece’s leading institutions.

The mobility implementation period runs from 1 November 2026 to 29 January 2027.

Key dates

-          Internal Nomination Period: 15 June to 23 July 2026

-          Applications at AUTh: 26 August to 10 September 2026

Up to five staff members may be nominated. Final placements will be subject to selection by AUTh and approval from the relevant host faculty.

Shortlisted nominees will be required to submit the following:

-          Mobility Agreement for Training, KA171

-          Curriculum Vitae, preferably in Europass format

-          Letter of Support from the host faculty at AUTh

Interested staff members are encouraged to review the AUTh faculties and academic calendar before applying, as final mobility dates will be agreed with the host faculty and should avoid holiday and examination periods.

Expressions of interest should be submitted to the International Office by July 23, 2026.
