The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China invites staff of The University of the West Indies to apply for a series of fully funded, in-person training seminars sponsored by the Government of China.

Available Seminars

-          Seminar on Standardization of Food and Agricultural Products under the Global Development Initiative

-          Seminar on Capacity Building and Management of Agrotechnology Extension for Developing Countries

-          Seminar on Power Construction and Renewable Energy Development for Trinidad and Tobago

Funding Coverage

Selected participants will receive full sponsorship, including:

-          Airfare

-          Accommodation

-          Meals

-          Local transportation within China

Eligibility

Applicants must possess relevant academic qualifications and/or professional experience aligned with the subject area of the seminar for which they are applying.

-          A current curriculum vitae

-          A copy of the passport bio-data page
