Staff Notices

The Office of the Campus Registrar is pleased to advise that the new Online Staff Tuition Waiver Application Process is available from today, Monday, August 24, 2026, for Academic, Senior Administrative and Professional (ASAP) staff, as well as Administrative, Technical and Service Staff (ATSS).

The new process replaces the existing partially online system with a more streamlined workflow through PeopleSoft Self-Service. Eligible staff can now submit and track tuition waiver applications for themselves or their eligible dependents online, with approvals, email notifications and application status updates handled electronically.

The change is intended to improve efficiency and transparency and make the process easier for both applicants and approvers.
