Student Notices

Students who require the services of the Commissioner of Affidavits can access this service on Campus on Thursday, September 10 and Wednesday, September 23, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Appointments will be facilitated at the Financial Advisory Services Department, 1st Floor, Lloyd Braithwaite Student Administration Building.

Students should first proceed to the Ground Floor waiting area next to the ATM. Financial Advisory Services (FAS) team members will be available to guide students to the appointment location.

To book an appointment, send an email to UGbursaries@sta.uwi.edu with your:

-         Full Name

-         Student ID number

-         Telephone contact

-         Email address

Walk-ins will also be accommodated on a first come, first served basis.

What to Bring

Students must bring:

-         A completed Projected Income and Expenditure Statement (hard copy)

-         National ID

-         TT$20 fee

-         Supporting documentation showing proof of income, such as a job letter or payslip
