The Cocoa Research Centre (CRC) invites the campus community, members of the public, cocoa farmers and entrepreneurs in the cocoa and chocolate sector to the World Cocoa and Chocolate Day Expo 2026, taking place on October 9 and 10, 2026.

For the past 13 years, CRC-UWI has marked this international celebration by highlighting the farmers behind cocoa production and the chocolatiers who transform cocoa into a wide range of chocolate products.

This year’s Expo comes at a significant time as Trinidad and Tobago continues to explore economic diversification, with the cocoa sector identified as one area with strong potential for growth.
