The Sociology Unit’s Open Forum continues every Thursday this semester. See the information below on upcoming Forums:
Thursday February 25 | Topic: Structure, Agency and Hegemonic Development Paradigms: Trinidad ‘Independent’ Rastas and the Western Modernity Project by Tyehimba Salandy, PhD Candidate in Sociology.
Thursday March 3 |Topic: The Pitfalls of Education in Today’s Society by Stephen Huggins, specialist in language, child development and psychology.
These and every Open Forum takes place every Thursday from 1.30 to 4pm in Faculty of Social Sciences (FSS) 101 East and West.
Light refreshments will be provided by Veg Out.
