Student Advocates Tackle Campus Life Challenges at UWI Student Summit

On January 30, 2025, The University of the West Indies (The UWI) St. Augustine Campus, Division of Student Services and Development (DSSD) hosted the Campus Life Student Summit, brought together student advocates to explore and address the challenges and opportunities of the out-of-classroom university experience. This initiative aligns with the DSSD’s Campus Life Experience Revitalization Action Plan reinforcing its commitment to delivering an exceptional university journey for all Pelicans.

The summit provided a collaborative and solution-based space where students engaged in creative problem solving and presented innovative and practical solutions to elevate the overall student experience. We are pleased to share some snapshots from this impactful event, highlighting student leadership, teamwork and vision in action.
