Dr Hamid Ghany launches 'Changing our Constitution'

Dr. Hamid Ghany, Dean of The University of the West Indies (UWI), St. Augustine Campus, Faculty of Social Sciences (FSS) and Coordinator of the Constitutional Affairs and Parliamentary Studies Unit (CAPSU) recently launched his new booklet, called “Changing our Constitution."

The booklet provides a background to the existing constitution and explains changes in the working document on the Draft Constitution which is currently up for public comment. The launch, which took place at the Learning Resource Centre on Monday 12th October, 2009, was hosted by FSS, in collaboration with CAPSU.
