Register for Co-curricular Credits
REGISTRATION FOR CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
There would be no online registration for these courses. Students wishing to pursue co-curricular courses must follow the procedure listed below:
STEP 1: Collect and complete the Co-Curricular Activity Pre-registration form available from the respective Offices as indicated hereunder:

STEP 2: Obtain the signed approval of your Dean and/or Faculty Co-curricular Coordinator.
STEP 3: Return the approved Co-curricular Pre-registration Form to the respective COCR Office/department.
STEP 4: Your approved form would be forwarded to Division of Student Services and Development to complete your registration for the co-curricular course/activity.
Further Guidelines for Interested Students
- Co-curricular credits are optional.
- Each student is eligible for no more than three (3) credits towards his/her degree for involvement in co-curricular activities.
- Co-curricular credits shall normally form part of the required credits for a degree. However, in special circumstances, if co-curricular credits are earned in excess of those required for the degree, these and the associated activity will be included on the student’s transcript.
- Students wishing to pursue a co-curricular activity to be considered as NOT FOR CREDIT (NFC) or For Credit must seek approval prior to registering for the course.
- The grading of co-curricular activity shall be PASS/FAIL only.
- Co-curricular credits cannot replace core course requirements in any faculty.
- Co-curricular registration would only be completed for activities to be undertaken NOT what has already passed.
