Kristen Cockburn

Project Coordinator, Process Improvement

Kristen Cockburn has over a decade of work experience in IT services, project management and quality management. He leads quality management projects and interventions. Kristen also trains and advises administrative departments on customer service and process improvement tools, methods and approaches. At STACIE, his focus is on service quality enhancement and operational processes improvement.

Kristen holds a master’s in business administration with the Australian Institute of Business (AIB) and a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Systems from the University of London. He is a certified project management professional and has been trained and certified in applied quality management and change management.
