Guests were treated to a dinner that included roasted lamb with rosemary, stuffed chicken breasts, fish fillets with caper sauce, sweet potatoes in tamarind sauce and vegetables, rice and pasta. Among the guests caught on camera were the Chancellor, Mr. Robert Bermudez; St. Augustine Campus Principal, Professor Brian Copeland; Deputy Principal, Professor Indar Ramnarine; Ag. Campus Registrar, David Moses; Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Education, Dr. Heather Cateau and Senior Lecturer and Deputy Dean of Distance and Outreach at DCFA, Mr. Jessel Murray.
