Business for university graduates

The UWI in partnership with the National Entrepreneurship Development Company (NEDCO) and the Entrepreneurial Training Institute & Incubation Centre (ETIIC) invites you to be part of the first ever Entrepreneurship Boot Camp.

This new initiative is open to all recent university graduates and final year undergraduates. Participants will be given exclusive insight into the real life challenges of successful entrepreneurs and will also be equipped with essential business plan writing skills in a dynamic and interactive environment. Main highlights of the Boot Camp include:

• The Final Project/Business Idea Competition: The three most innovative final projects or business ideas will be recognized and awarded.
• The Business Plan Competition: The top three business plans will be selected for financial consideration of their project by NEDCO.
• Other Activities: There will also be a field trip and cocktail event on the last day of proceedings.

The camp runs from July 2-6 and 20, 2012 and costs $350. The registration deadline is June 27 and it can be done at https://sta.uwi.edu/ebc/.
