LEFT: Ms Sandra Marchack, surrounded by family, holds her Distinguished Alumni Award at the 50th anniversary of the campus celebrations some 15 years ago. Ms Marchack is an icon of the Trinidad and Tobago public service whose decades- long career encompassed the tenures of several prime ministers. She served as both Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Prime Minister and Head of the Public Service.
