Acknowledgements

With deep gratitude and appreciation, we acknowledge the support Mrs. Joy Moore continues to give to our " Save a Tree" campaign.

Some of Mrs. Moore's efforts include a display on cocoa production at the '1657' Chocolate House, Kendal, UK and presenting talks on cocoa production at a variety of venues. Her material provided an invaluable source of information which was used to mount an exhibit at a one-day seminar in London on chocolate, organised by the BCCCA in February, 2000.

We are greatly indebted to the tireless support from Mrs Moore and her sister Beryl Hunter in promoting our cause in all these activities.
