Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Busines
The Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business (Lok Jack GSB) was established in 1989 as a joint venture between the University of the West Indies and the private sector of Trinidad and Tobago to provide postgraduate education in business and management. Today, the school is recognised as the premier institution for provision of business and management education, training and consultancy services in the region.
The Lok Jack GSB campus is a state of the art facility located on 8.5 acres of land in Mt. Hope, Trinidad, with easy access to public transportation means. The institution’s MBA programmes are internationally accredited by the Association of MBAs. Academic programmes offered by the school are:
- Executive Master of Business Administration
- International Master of Business Administration
- Master of Human Resource Management
- Master of Marketing
- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Doctor of Business Administration
The school also provides training and consulting services to public and private sector organizations through its Consulting arm, and hosts executive education programmes via its Conferencing unit. Another unit, the Centre for Training and Development, provides open enrolment, short term programmes to persons wishing to enhance their careers.
The Lok Jack GSB has linkages with international institutions such as George Washington University, the World Economic Forum, the Fraser Institute, and more recently, has partnered with the Florida International University to provide a dual-degree to its students.
