The UWI FIFA CIES under the Department of Management Studies presented a Public Lecture on the topic, Corporate Reputation applied to Athletes featuring Mr. Kalem Mauvois, CEO of Crescendo Management and Head of the Communication module of the FIFA/CIES Executive Programme in Abu Dhabi. About the Speaker

Mr. Kalem Mauvois is the CEO and co-founder of the Sports Marketing & Communication Agency: Crescendo Management in France. Crescendo Management is a Paris-based consulting firm that specializes in representing and advising elite athletes in the areas of marketing, sponsorship and communication. After attaining his Master’s Degree in Business Management with a Major in Marketing and Strategic Management from the Kedge Business School in 2002, he started his career as a Hospitality professional for prestigious firms such as The Ritz Carlton. Having lived in various countries such as France, Canada, Mexico or the USA, Kalem Mauvois is fully trilingual in French, English and Spanish. As a dedicated sports observer and analyst, he founded his own agency in 2008 and now advises some of the biggest names in French sports such as Rudy Gobert (Basketball), Dika Mem (Handball) or Yannick Borel (Fencing). Kalem Mauvois is also a qualified speaker in the area of Communication and Marketing in Sports. He is the Head of the Communication module of the FIFA/CIES Executive Programme in the La Sorbonne University, Abu Dhabi Campus, UAE and a member of the FIFA Masters programme. Mr. Mauvois is a former member of Bordeaux Business School Basketball team and the Sports Association for jogging and swimming.
