How Do I Attend?

Completion of Academic and Financial Requirements

Students must update all contact information via my.uwi.edu e.g. mailing address, telephone number etc.

Students must ensure that they have met all degree requirements and they have been awarded as stated in academic transcript on my.uwi.edu and published on Pass Lists.

Each student must ensure that he/she has settled his/her student accounts with a zero balance.

If you wish to attend the ceremony, please complete and submit the Reply Form Online. You must however first confirm your eligibility to graduate by checking the Final Year Pass list before completing the form. To access a receipt for proof of submission please click here.

The deadline date for submission is Friday September 28th, 2012 after which the system will not permit you to submit.

If you do not wish to attend the ceremony, please complete and submit the non-attendance form.

If you choose to be presented either at the Cave Hill, Mona, or Open Campus you should submit one (1) copy of the Reply Form to the Campus at which you wish to be presented and immediately contact the office of Senior /Assistant Registrar (Examinations) at that Campus for campus-specific instructions.
