Collection of Certificates

Every effort will be made to ensure that certificates are distributed to graduands attending the Ceremonies. However there may be instances where certificates are not available due to late notification of awards.

If there is one of the following holds on your record, the certificate will not be issued at Graduation and thereafter until the hold is cleared:

Library Fine Hold
Financial Hold

Kindly ensure that this is done immediately so that arrangements can be made to have your certificate ready.

Graduates who did not receive certificates at the ceremonies or graduates who did not attend may collect certificates from the Customer Service Representative located at the Ground Floor of the New Student Administration Building from Monday November 9th, 2009.

The onus is on the Graduate to check availability of his/her certificate. If you wish to have your certificate mailed, please indicate accurately on the reply form. Click here to sign up . You are asked to ensure that on the reply form you indicate accurately the address to which your certificate is to be mailed (if this is the option you have chosen).
