Invitations and Special Arrangements

Guest Information and Invitations

Each invitation admits ONE person only (adult or child). Persons must produce invitations to gain entry to the Centre. Guests are asked to be seated by 9.15 am for the 10.00 am Ceremonies and by 3.15 pm for the 4.00 pm Ceremonies.

We regret that we are unable to accede at this time to requests for additional invitations.

Each graduand will receive two (2) Guest Invitations.

Invitations will be distributed only to Graduands attending the Ceremonies at the time of collection of gowns/hoods.

Please ensure that on receipt, invitations are carefully secured as they cannot be replaced if lost.

 

Special Arrangements Due to Disablilty or Illness

Graduands with special needs who require reasonable accommodation in order to participate in the ceremony must notify the Examinations Section in writing at the time of submission of Reply Form. - graduation@sta.uwi.edu

We may not be able to accommodate late requests.

Graduands whose guests require special physical arrangements at the ceremony can contact Chandar Gupta Supersad, Student Advisory Services at chandar.supersad@sta.uwi.edu
