This September, UWI St Augustine will officially welcome all its new students at Matriculation 2026. This ceremony is where the incoming class is formally recognised as members of the university. It will include campus traditions such as the signing of the Matriculation Register, as well as stirring words of welcome and affirmation from the university’s leadership. If you are the parent of a first year student, or a new student yourself, be sure to take part in this important campus event.

Join the entire university community this October for the 2026 Graduation Ceremonies. After years of study, projects, examinations, and research, the class of 2026 will cross the graduation stage and receive their degrees. Graduands, family, and friends can attend in person, while other well-wishers can view this monumental occasion online

FYE is the signature orientation programme for all new students and their parents/guardians. Events and activities include Smart Start, UWI Life, FYE Mixers, UWI Clicks and FYE workshops that focus on health, finances, and career planning.These events, which take place all year-round.
