This course will focus on effects of ionizing radiation on living things. The various consequences of the interaction between ionizing radiations and biological objects from energy deposition in water to cancer development and death will also be addressed. Teaching will consist of online lectures, seminars and tutorials in order to provide students with ample opportunities and methods for engaging with the course material. Presentation of lectures will employ a variety of multimedia and interactive presentations.
