The course examines human behaviour within organizations specifically the public sector, in order to analyze, manage and influence constructs within organizations (e.g. structure, design, change, culture and innovation). It also facilitates an examination of other organizational processes such as communication and leadership as well as the organization management and structures. Students will be provided with a foundational understanding of OBD concepts and theories. The course also has a practical approach in order to enhance students’ reflective, higher order critical skills and managerial competencies in order to synthesize these approaches to organizations and their development.
