This course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of how and why accounting information is used in decision making at the managerial level. It assumes that participants have a grasp of the basic principles of Financial and Management Accounting at this level and is organized into two modules – Financial and Management Accounting. On completion participants should be equipped with the tools and the confidence to make impactful Financial and Management Accounting decisions.
