The intention is to make it possible for candidates wishing to do so, to pursue a health economics stream at the graduate level on the St. Augustine campus of The University of the West Indies. The course objective isto introduce studentsto theoretical and empirical research, public policy issues and analytical techniques applicable to the study of the economics of health and health care.
