This course will build on the principles of basic communication as part of Health Education and Health Promotion. It will focus on building skills in effective communication at various levels. Students will be facilitated in finding creative means of marketing health as a valuable resource for development and develop skills in advocacy. This is an integral skill of the well functioning Public Health specialist. The assignments including class-room presentations during the semester will allow the facilitators an opportunity to provide formative assessment which would be cooperative, flexible, process driven to allow the student to maximize their experience. This will be an on-going process. Mode of Delivery: Online Classes.
