FAMILY DEVELOPMENT CENTRE

   

The new Family Development Centre will be an additional building to the present site that houses’ Children’s Research Centre at #32 St. John Road St. Augustine. 

The new 2-storey building has a total area of 664.90 square metres and will accommodate the FDCRC administrative offices, a Meeting/ Lecture Hall, a Library/ Research Room as well as Research Fellow offices. The centre was designed to promote a greater understanding of the contexts, processes, and diverse factors within families, communities and institutions that influence the growth and development, early education, health, and general well-being of children and families in Trinidad and Tobago and other Caribbean communities.
