Coastal Engineering and Management
Integrated coastal management in the wider Caribbean is recognised as the approach for ensuring the survival and sustainable development of the coastal resources of the region. The coastal manager needs to have a fund of knowledge and skills that will support reliable decision-making on the sustainability of coastal resources, and infrastructure and systematic, tropical, coastal zone management initiatives.
