Koshina Raghunandan-Mohammed is a Lecturer at the Department of Management Studies, The University of the West Indies (UWI). Prior to joining UWI, she gained a myriad of accounting, finance/investment and auditing experience in the credit union sector and the housing and education industries. She is a Fellow member of ACCA and a member of the local body of Chartered Accountants (ICATT). She graduated from UWI with first class honours in the B.Sc. Accounting (Special) and with distinction in the International MBA (Specialization in Finance) programme. At ACCA, Koshina continued to excel earning the prestigious award of Top Caribbean Performer – Level 3. At UWI, she has published research articles on credit unions, risk management systems, environmental sustainability. She has other research interests in SMEs and Financial Regulations. Koshina currently lectures in the following courses at UWI: Cost & Management Accounting, Financial Management, Advanced Financial Accounting and Advanced Management Accounting.
