Ms. Cabralis completed her Bachelor’s Degree at The University of Massachusetts in Amherst, where she majored in Sport Management. She went on to complete a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Temple University. Ms. Cabralis is a Lecturer – Sports Management, Programme Director of the UWI/FIFA/CIES Post Graduation Diploma and Coordinator of the BSc and MSc in Sports Management at The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. Ms. Cabralis is a current PhD candidate at the University of Trinidad & Tobago. Her research focuses on Sports Facilities Governance for both Local and Central Government. She has served as a Lecturer – Sports Management at the University of Trinidad & Tobago and Part-time Lecturer at the Trinidad & Tobago Hospitality & Tourism Institute in Sport Tourism. She has served as the Marketing Manager at the Football Company of Trinidad & Tobago, Facility Manager at The Sport and Physical Education Centre at The University of the West Indies, Executive Manager - Sport Facility Management at The Sport Company of Trinidad & Tobago and Media & Communication Committee Member for The Pan-American Hockey Federation. Ms. Cabralis has also worked in the gaming and meeting and incentive industry in marketing and sales. She is the coach/manager of Malvern Sports Club U19 Girls Hockey Team and a Pan-American Field Hockey Trainer. She captained the National Field Hockey team at the XIX CAC Games in 2002 (won the gold medal) and the 1st Indoor Hockey World Cup in 2003. She is also a 1st Team All-American member and MVP of the Atlantic 10 Conference and University of Massachusetts in Amherst in field hockey. Ms Cabralis brings a wealth of practical experiences as an elite athlete, student athlete, coach, and sport administration as well as a member of the academia.
