In recognition of the twenty year milestone of the Caribbean Court of Justice, the Editorial and Publication board and Sub-committee of The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Law Journal (UWISALJ) invited submissions for a special issue publication marking 20 years of the CCJ. The UWISALJ is proud to announce the publication of this Special Issue. It is a collection of articles with contributors from across the Caribbean, including the President of the CCJ, the Hon. Mr. Justice Winston Anderson, which critically reflect on the role and impact of the CCJ over the past 20 years as well as provide insight on the development of Caribbean jurisprudence.
The cover page also features an original artwork design selected from several entries submitted as part of an international cover page competition held by the editorial and publication board and sub-committee of the UWISALJ.
